Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic, brand-focused team in Hyderabad. You will drive awareness and interest in premium interior design services, manage ATL, digital and BTL marketing, and influence business decisions.

This role offers hands-on experience across multiple channels and close collaboration with the Hyderabad Experience Centre. You will plan campaigns, support content creation, and work with agencies to craft compelling content aligned with our brand.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a brand or content role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and more.
• Support content creation for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop marketing assets.
• Monitor online reputation and customer reviews.
• Analyze campaign performance and propose data-driven improvements.
• Organize promotional events, webinars, and on-ground activities.
• Curate content for Hyderabad Bonito customer journeys with the Hyderabad Experience Centre.

• Contribute to strategy for Hyderabad business with central marketing team.

Job description

As a Marketing Manager, you will be part of a dynamic, brand-focused team responsible for building awareness and generating interest in premium interior design services. This role offers hands‑on experience in ATL, digital and BTL marketing strategies and an opportunity to influence business decisions, tailored for the home interiors space, where creativity meets strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, BTL, SEO, etc.) primarily from a Hyderabad market POV
• Support content creation efforts for social media, blogs, and newsletters
• Collaborate with Graphic and Video design teams to develop visually compelling marketing assets
• Help manage online reputation and customer reviews on various platforms
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements
• Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and on-ground marketing activities
• Actively work with the team at Hyderabad Experience Centre and curate content and chalk out customer experience journeys for the Hyderabad Bonito customer
• Work with our various agencies – creative, social media, videographers, etc and help create convincing content attuned to our brand
• Stakeholder Management across various verticals for specific requirements – Work with relevant sourcing verticals and help carry out specific BTL and tactical marketing interventions across Hyderabad Market to gain customer traction
• Work on strategizing Hyderabad Business with the central marketing team
