Job summary

Axon Development LLP is seeking a marketing professional to strengthen our brand and drive growth across digital channels. You will craft and execute strategies, manage our LinkedIn and other social media platforms, and create engaging content for presentations, brochures, websites, and campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences.

The role requires 2+ years in Marketing, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and digital

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Marketing / Digital Marketing / B2B Marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media marketing, lead generation.
• Ability to create professional marketing content and presentations.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; Canva helpful.
• Creative mindset and ability to generate new ideas.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Experience in B2B, furniture, home furnishings, exports, sourcing, or international markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence and generate new business opportunities.

• Create engaging and professional content for LinkedIn, social media, presentations, brochures, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Identify and generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, digital platforms, industry databases, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new customers, markets, trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand products, capabilities, and business offerings and translate them into compelling marketing content.
• Assist in preparing company profiles, product presentations, catalogues, pitch decks, and sales-support materials.
• Track marketing activities, leads, engagement, and campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Explore new digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies to improve visibility and lead generation.
