Job summary

Rama Medicare in Noida is seeking an experienced Hospital Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager to lead marketing initiatives across OPD and IPD, drive patient footfall, and strengthen referral networks within the healthcare community.

You will execute BTL campaigns, coordinate with doctors and clinics, manage corporate tie-ups and TPA empanelment, and work with the digital team to boost brand visibility, CMEs, health camps, and awareness programs in the catchment area.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital/healthcare marketing.
• Strong network in medical fraternity and local market.
• MBA in Marketing or Hospital Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans to boost OPD, IPD, and footfall via BTL activities and events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, TPAs, and referral partners.
• Handle corporate tie-ups and TPA empanelment follow-ups for business generation.
• Coordinate with digital team for social media, Google presence, and ATL/BTL activities.
• Plan and execute CMEs, doctor engagement meets, health awareness camps, and RWA activities in nearby areas.
• Track competitor activities and market trends; report daily activities and conversions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Doctors, and Front Office for promotional activities and patient experience.
