Job summary

Bolpur Santiniketan Health Care is seeking a Field Sales/Business Development professional to promote hospital services and build a robust referral network in the Bolpur area. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to promote hospital services and specialties.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, nursing homes and other healthcare providers.
• Build and expand the hospital's patient referral network.
• Identify new referral sources and business development opportunities within assigned territories.
• Establish tie‑ups with corporate offices, schools, colleges, factories, government and private organisations.
• Plan and organise health camps, medical camps, awareness programmes and promotional activities.
• Promote the hospital's OPD, IPD, diagnostic, health check‑up and specialised medical services.
• Generate leads and achieve monthly patient‑footfall, referral and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular communication with existing referral partners and institutional clients.
• Collect and analyse information about competitors, local market conditions and healthcare requirements.
• Coordinate with doctors, management and internal departments for marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and submit daily field‑visit reports, lead reports and monthly performance reports.
• Represent the hospital professionally and maintain its reputation and brand image.
• Perform extensive outdoor marketing and travel regularly within the assigned area.
