Job summary

Neev Seeds Pvt. Ltd. in Hisar is seeking a marketing content specialist to craft farmer-facing Hindi copy and manage on-field collateral.

You will produce materials for packets, leaflets, dealer boards, and WhatsApp broadcasts. You will coordinate with design, production and QA to ensure accuracy, run the seasonal WhatsApp calendar, and manage social media channels using real field material. Travel to farmer fields, obtain consent for faces, build collateral kits, and maintain media libraries so

Responsibilities

Job description

Neev talks to farmers through packets, dealer boards, WhatsApp and short video. You make all of it. The test is never whether it looks good on a screen in Hisar. The test is whether a farmer in Sirsa understands it and a dealer in Bathinda puts it up on his shop wall.

What you will do

• Write farmer-facing copy in Hindi: packet backs, leaflets, dealer boards, WhatsApp broadcasts and field-day banners. Hindi first, English only where it is genuinely needed.
• Coordinate packing artwork with the design vendor, Production and QA, so that variety name, crop duration, lot details and statutory text are correct on every SKU before anything goes to print. A wrong duration on a packet back is a recall, not a typo.
• Run the WhatsApp broadcast calendar to distributors and retailers against the season: pre-sowing advisories, stock availability, scheme communication.
• Manage the Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. Post from real field material. No stock photography of farmers.
• Travel to farmer fields and field days to shoot photos, short video and testimonials on a phone. Collect written consent for every face used, every time.
• Build the collateral kit for each season, get it printed, and get it physically into the field team's hands on time. Collateral that reaches a territory in July is useless for kharif.
• Maintain the product photo and video library so that a TSO in Bathinda can find an asset at 9pm without ringing you.

What you must have

• 1 to 3 years in marketing, content, social media or agency work.
• Genuinely good written Hindi. There is a Hindi writing test at interview and it is the main filter for this role.
• Canva or comparable design tools, and comfort shooting and editing short video on a phone.
• Meta Business Suite for scheduling and basic reporting.

Nice to have

• An agriculture background or a rural upbringing. You will understand the audience faster than anybody we can train.
• Any agri-input, FMCG or rural marketing exposure.
• Basic Photoshop or Premiere.
• Experience coordinating with printers and packaging vendors.
