Kelachandra Wood Industries in Kerala is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to promote premium wooden doors, veneers, laminates, and related architectural wood products. You will engage with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and homeowners to grow the business.

The role demands strong communication and sales skills, willingness to travel within Cochin and Calicut areas, and the ability to manage client visits, presentations, and quotations independently.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Experience in building materials or related industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage field visits independently.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and a valid driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and customers.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups to generate sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, be comfortable meeting clients, and be capable of developing business relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and potential customers.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups to generate sales.
• Promote the companys product range and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Generate leads, manage enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on prospective orders.
• Achieve sales and marketing targets within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and production teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements

• 1+ Prior experience in marketing, sales, or business development is essential.
• Experience in building materials, interior products, furniture, doors, flooring, or construction-related industries will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop client relationships and independently manage field visits.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
