Job summary

Lakshmi Ceramics in Kaloor, Kerala (and other locations in Coimbatore and Bengaluru) is hiring a Business Development / Field Sales Executive to visit sites, architects, designers, and contractors to identify opportunities.

You will generate leads, develop relationships with customers and partners, understand requirements, and coordinate with the showroom and sales team to close deals and grow sales.

Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into opportunities.
• Coordinate with showroom and sales team for smooth customer handling.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new projects and potential customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and gather market information.
• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
• Contribute to increasing sales, customer base, and overall business volume.
• Maintain reports on market visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
