Job summary

Arine Solar Solutions Llp in Kerala is seeking a Field Sales/Coordination executive to visit customer sites for preliminary inspections and coordinate solar installation projects. You will liaise with KSEB offices, banks for loan documentation, and generate new leads through field activities.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome, with strong Malayalam and basic English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma with willingness for field work.
• Good communication in Malayalam and basic English.
• Owns a two-wheeler with a valid licence and comfortable travelling.
• Ready to visit customer sites, offices, banks and for follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites for preliminary inspection and project coordination.
• Coordinate with KSEB offices and complete documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate with banks and assist loan documentation and processing.
• Generate new leads through field marketing and customer visits.
• Explain rooftop solar solutions to residential and commercial customers.
• Coordinate with installation and sales teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Travel within assigned locations as required.

• Coordinate with banks and assist customers with loan documentation and processing.
• Generate new leads through field marketing activities and customer visits.

• Coordinate with the installation and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain daily reports of customer visits, KSEB follow-ups, bank visits, and lead status.
• Travel within assigned locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate/Diploma.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel for customer visits, KSEB offices, and banks.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
• Responsible, punctual, and capable of handling field work independently.
