Job summary

Twah is seeking a Marketing Support specialist to assist the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing, branding, promotional and business development initiatives to enhance Twah's market presence and brand image. The role involves updating digital channels, coordinating events, liaising with agencies, supporting market research and data analysis, and preparing reports.

Twah is a not-for-profit hospital under Adventist Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in agency environments or industries such as healthcare, media or insurance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure while being a strong team player
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing and Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the website, mobile app and digital signage.
• Coordinate marketing events and activities, including CME programmes, seminars and promotional events.
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors on marketing materials and event arrangements.
• Support digital marketing, market research and data analysis.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations and promotional materials.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
