Job summary

PIECO INDIA ENGINEERING CO is seeking a marketing professional to plan and execute brand promotion across hospitality, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors from Delhi. You will create collateral, coordinate trade shows, and translate technical robot features into clear customer messaging.

Work with sales to grow the pipeline, support PR efforts, and conduct market research to refine brand positioning. Occasional travel for events is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4–8 years in marketing, brand promotion or event coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and brand-promotion activities to build visibility across hospitality, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors
• Create marketing collateral brochures, product catalogs, case studies, and sales presentation materials
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events booth setup, promotional material, on-ground execution
• Liaise with vendors and agencies for printing, branding material, signage, and event logistics
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with pipeline and revenue goals
• Translate technical robot features into clear, compelling messaging for customers and partners
• Support PR efforts press releases, media coverage, and partnership announcements
• Conduct market and competitor research to refine brand positioning
• Assist in organizing client demos, product launch events, and dealer/partner meets
• Maintain and update marketing materials, brand guidelines, and promotional inventory
• Track and report on event outcomes, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus)
• 4-8 years of experience in marketing, brand promotion, or event coordination - B2B or industrial/product companies preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear, persuasive marketing content
• Good coordination and organizational skills for managing trade shows, exhibitions, and client events
• Comfortable simplifying technical/product concepts for non-technical audiences
• Interest in robotics, technology, or industrial products preferred
• Willing to travel occasionally for events, exhibitions, and client-facing activities
