Job summary

Genesis Engineering seeks a proactive Marketing Executive to support business development, client acquisition and marketing activities. You will identify opportunities across infrastructure, real estate, industrial and construction sectors and manage tenders and proposals.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, business development or client coordination.
• Good communication, presentation and professional writing skills.
• Basic understanding of tendering and business development processes.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and PMCs.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tenders, proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities and stakeholders for liaison activities.

• Support digital marketing initiatives and promotional content.
• Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups and business development activities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support business development, client acquisition and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, coordinating tenders and supporting the company's marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across infrastructure, real estate, industrial and construction sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and project management companies.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tenders, proposals, quotations and other business documents.
• Coordinate with clients, government authorities and other stakeholders for liaison-related activities.
• Conduct market research, track upcoming projects and identify potential business leads.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, company presentations and promotional content.
• Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups and business development activities.
• Undertake client visits and business travel across Mumbai and other locations in India.

Candidate Profile

• MBA in Marketing or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, business development or client coordination, preferably in engineering, construction or infrastructure.
• Good communication, presentation and professional writing skills.
• Basic understanding of tendering and business development processes.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office and preparation of presentations.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business requirements.
