Sphar Enterprises is seeking a Marketing Executive with B2B experience to plan and execute marketing activities that generate qualified leads and build long-term client relationships. You will work closely with the sales team, manage offline and digital initiatives, and represent the company at industry events.

Responsibilities include running B2B campaigns, event management, developing sales collateral, CRM lead tracking, and market research.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience in trade shows, events, lead generation, and creating sales collateral.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Marathi and Hindi.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with B2B experience to plan and execute marketing activities that generate qualified business leads and build long-term client relationships. You will work closely with the sales team, manage both offline and digital initiatives, and represent the company at industry events.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline.
• Manage participation in exhibitions, conferences, and client meets, including post-event lead follow-up.
• Create sales collateral such as company profiles, catalogues, presentations, and case studies.
• Maintain the lead database in CRM and track lead quality, conversions, and cost per lead with the sales team.
• Conduct market research to identify target industries, accounts, and competitor activity.
• Develop and execute the employer branding strategy in coordination with the HR team.
• Track employer branding metrics.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for creatives, videos, and event material.
• Prepare monthly reports on branding performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably in industrial products and projects industry.
• Experience in trade show and event management, lead generation, and creating sales collateral.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi with the confidence to interact with business clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and design tools.
• Willingness to travel for events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
