Qualifications

• Experience in field marketing and B2B lead generation.

• Familiarity with CRM and MS Excel for tracking leads.

Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing activities to generate qualified business leads.
• Visit construction sites, industries, contractors, dealers, and potential customers.
• Identify upcoming projects, new markets, and potential customer segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, dealers, and industrial clients.
• Conduct customer follow-ups, coordinate product demonstrations, and support sales conversions.
• Organise local promotional activities and participate in exhibitions and trade events.
• Maintain customer databases, lead records, and field visit reports using CRM or MS Excel.
• Coordinate with sales, telecalling, service, and branch teams for effective lead management.
• Track customer visits, lead generation, follow-ups, and business development performance.
