Job summary

Physics Wallah Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive field marketing efforts in Tirupati and nearby areas, with travel to Kalyan as needed. You will conduct school outreach, canopy activations, leaflets, and local events to generate leads and promote courses.

The role requires a graduate with 3 years in field marketing or EdTech promotion, strong communication, and a valid two-wheeler. 6-day workweeks with on-ground activities and reporting to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Graduate with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Experience in field marketing or EdTech promotions preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the city and own a two-wheeler with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school visits to promote courses and build relationships with school authorities.
• Execute canopy activities and on-ground promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute BTL activities such as leaflet distribution and local events.
• Support ATL initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Distribute leaflets and marketing materials in targeted areas.
• Generate quality leads through field activities and local outreach.
• Engage with students and parents to explain course offerings.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads and conversions.
• Coordinate with sales/counselling team for lead closure.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing Executive to drive field marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground promotions, school outreach, ATL/BTL activations, and lead generation to increase brand awareness and student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct school visits to promote our courses and build relationships with school authorities.
• Execute canopy activities and on-ground promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) activities such as leaflet distribution, local activations, and events.
• Support ATL (Above-the-Line) initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Distribute leaflets and marketing materials in targeted areas.
• Generate quality leads through field activities and local outreach.
• Engage with students and parents to explain course offerings.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads generated, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal sales/counselling team for lead closure.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 03 years of experience in field marketing / sales / promotion (EdTech preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and travel within the city.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
