Job summary

Staford School in Lucknow is seeking a Marketing Executive to independently manage and execute on-ground marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, events, partnerships and local brand-building activities. The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, comfortable in the field, and can coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams.

You will engage in campaigns, events and local activations, with a focus on lead-generation and brand awareness, while tracking outcomes and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, field marketing, events, education, retail, or similar environments
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic digital marketing tools
• Ability to manage vendors and external stakeholders effectively
• Strong follow-up and reporting skills
• Willingness to work on-ground and manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Proactive, organized and target-oriented

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate school events, exhibitions, activations, outdoor promotions, hoardings, flyers, and other branding initiatives.
• Manage coordination with vendors, partners, agencies, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify relevant opportunities.
• Support lead-generation and local brand-awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Track campaign activities, expenses, deliverables and outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports with photographs, feedback, observations, and campaign updates.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and support the implementation of local marketing strategies.
