Job summary

Staford School in Lucknow is seeking a Marketing Assistant to independently manage on-ground marketing, campaigns, events and local branding. You will coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams to deliver campaigns and measure outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of marketing or related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and basic digital marketing tools. This role requires field-work and multi-tasking in a dynamic education environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.

About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who can independently manage and execute on-ground marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, events, partnerships, and local brand-building activities. This role requires someone who is highly execution-oriented, comfortable working in the field, and capable of coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate school events, exhibitions, activations, outdoor promotions, hoardings, flyers, and other branding initiatives.
• Manage coordination with vendors, partners, agencies, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify relevant opportunities.
• Support lead-generation and local brand-awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Track campaign activities, expenses, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports with photographs, feedback, observations, and campaign updates.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and support the implementation of local marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, field marketing, events, education, retail, or a similar environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
