Job summary

Keyblocks Strategy Consulting in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced client-relationship executive for interior design services. You will communicate with clients through calls, meetings, and messages, understand requirements and coordinate with the design team to deliver projects.

Responsibilities include scheduling site visits, following up on leads, maintaining client records and supporting marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English & Telugu; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Basic technical knowledge of interior design and interior products.
• Good client-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, professional and client-friendly personality.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, meetings and other channels.
• Understand client requirements, preferences and project expectations.
• Explain the companys interior design services and project process to clients.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
• Follow up regularly with leads and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the design team for client requirements and project discussions.
• Assist in converting enquiries and leads into confirmed projects.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and client details.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and lead-generation activities.
