Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing | Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

• Generate own leads and conduct a minimum of 3 client visits daily to promote services.
• Send introductory emails and quotations (via FA-67 online system) on the same day and update the Head Office, Station Manager, and Reporting Manager.
• Develop strong relationships with consultants, business associations, and chambers of commerce.
• Gather and report market intelligence (e.g., competitor pricing, products, and strategies).
• Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and other branding events.
• Submit and periodically review individual Annual Marketing Plan.
• Manage end-to-end client coordination: from enquiry handling and quotation preparation to final contract execution.
• Ensure pricing integrity and secure necessary internal approvals.
• Support administrative tasks like tender submissions, EMD/security deposit processing, and credential documentation.
• Timely completion and submission of online timesheets (FA-67).
• Conduct new employee orientation and induction as needed.

Target

Your monthly target will be generating revenue which is 10 times the Cost to Company (CTC).
