Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a Deputy Manager / Manager to oversee railway tender activities from Delhi, including IREPS and GEM portal submissions. The role coordinates with rail channel partners for tender participation, pricing requests, and order execution, while managing SAP entries and internal delivery coordination.

The candidate will prepare pricing sheets, maintain MIS and order trackers, and drive sales through partner networks with strong commercial and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience handling railway tenders and related portals (IREPS, GEM, Govt portals).
• Strong commercial understanding and pricing awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for channel partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with rail channel partners for tender participation, orders and inspections.
• Prepare pricing and sales quotations for pricing requests.
• Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and order tracking sheets.
• Enter orders in SAP and ensure delivery coordination with internal teams.
• Generate sales through channel partners and manage tender compliance.
• Coordinate tender submissions and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.

7 Responsibility : 1.Monitor, track and co-ordinate for all railway tender related activites (IREPS, GEM, Other Govt Portals).

• 2.Coordinate with the rail channel partners for tender participation, order generation and execution including co-ordinate for inspections as applicable.
• 3.Prepare pricing, sales quotation sheet for the sales pricing requests.
• 4.Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and order tracking sheets
• 5.Orders punching in SAP.
• 6.Cordination with internal team regarding the deliveries.
• 7.Generating sales through channel partners.

8 Experience :

7-10 Years of handling Railway channels / Railway Tender business

9 Skill requirement :

• Good knowledge on railway tenders submission.
• Strong understanding of commercial aspects.
• Strong inter-personal skills & Communication skills.
