The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in the machine tools sector, strong communication, and hands-on experience with data-driven marketing strategies in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Provide technical training and sales support to the field team; assist in proposals and tenders.
• Represent UCAM at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with digital teams to publish SEO/SEM content and support CRM tools.

Marketing Engineer

Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Engineer to lead the promotion and strategic positioning of our industrial and manufacturing solutions. This pivotal role serves as the critical link between technical engineering capabilities and commercial market demands, leveraging a blend of engineering expertise and market intelligence to develop impactful campaigns, empower sales initiatives, and accelerate product growth. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering with 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the machine tools sector, and will be based in Peenya, Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Product Marketing Strategy: Translate complex technical specifications of machinery and solutions into clear, customer-centric value propositions; create comprehensive product datasheets, brochures, and case studies; and contribute data-driven insights to pricing, positioning, and value engineering strategies.
• Market Intelligence: Execute thorough market research to uncover emerging trends, customer requirements, and competitor movements; provide actionable feedback to the product development team to address market gaps and align with user needs.
• Campaign Execution: Design and manage end-to-end B2B marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels, specifically targeting OEMs, distributors, and industrial enterprises; monitor key performance indicators to refine tactics and maximize return on investment.
• Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales force to deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and presentation assets; assist in drafting technical proposals and tender documentation.
• Event Coordination: Organize and represent the organization at industry trade shows, expos, webinars, and client gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
• Digital Integration: Partner with digital marketing specialists to produce SEO and SEM-optimized content; manage pay-per-click and LinkedIn advertising campaigns; and support the deployment of CRM systems and lead generation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Requirements

• Education: A degree in Engineering, with a preference for a Mechanical Engineering background.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably within the machine tools industry.
• Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to work proactively with strong organizational skills; professional presentation abilities; and a capacity to meet tight deadlines with a focus on execution.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in understanding product technicalities to effectively communicate engineering concepts.
• Functional Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities, experience in event planning, and the aptitude to grasp product details quickly.
