Job summary

UCAM seeks a dedicated Sales Coordinator to collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, ensuring accurate reporting of sales activities and providing updates on the sales pipeline. The coordinator will support payment collection efforts and manage order processing, including documentation and MIS reporting.

You will use SAP C4C CRM, prepare presentations, and coordinate between internal and external sales units in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales coordination or back-office sales environments.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, including LC and Bank Guarantee protocols.
• Proficiency in handling import/export documentation and regulatory processes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software, particularly SAP C4C.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate timely collection of payments from clients.
• Manage end-to-end order processing lifecycle and documentation.
• Conduct contract reviews and apply LC/Bank Guarantee knowledge.
• Oversee import/export procedures and prepare process documentation.

This pivotal role involves delivering professional presentations, participating in techno-commercial discussions and negotiations, and preparing essential documentation to facilitate order processing. Additionally, the coordinator will support payment collection efforts and manage the compilation of statutory records, serving as a key link between sales operations and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the timely collection of payments from clients.
• Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle and associated documentation.
• Conduct contract reviews and apply knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees.
• Oversee import and export procedures, including the preparation of necessary process documentation.
• Prepare and organize critical data sets for internal use.
• Generate comprehensive reports on departmental performance.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure sales orders are delivered according to specific customer requirements and timelines.
• Compile performance reports detailing the achievements of sales team members.
• Coordinate seamlessly between internal and external sales units.
• Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Plan and execute comprehensive sales coordination strategies.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
