To Design and develop efficient, cost effective, highly reliable motors as per the customer requirement to meet organisation’s goals
Experience Fresher- 2 years
Education:
BE/ M.Tech/MS - Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Design and development of various types of motors, including torque motors, BLDC motors, IPM motors, and UAV motors for different application
Conduct detailed design calculations, simulations, and analysis to optimize motor performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Utilize software tools to create and validate motor designs.
Continuously evaluate and enhance existing motor designs to improve efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and address any quality issues.
Maintain comprehensive records of motor design specifications, calculations, and test results
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate design progress and findings to the engineering team and management
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
High level of project management skills.
Skills Required
Proficiency in motor design software and simulation tools - Altair flux, Speed, Ansys Maxwell
Strong understanding of electrical and electronics engineering basics / theory and principles of motor design
Good understanding in industrial standards of motor designing, manufacturing and testing
Ability to read, and understand documents/ white papers and implement the learning from the same.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
