Job summary

Vvinayak Associates in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities for our pharmaceutical business. You will coordinate with internal teams, sales, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and materials.

The role requires 3–7 years of marketing coordination experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. It is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai's Sakinaka area.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or relevant field.
• 3–7 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with MNC pharma company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
• Support Product/Brand Managers in execution of marketing plans.
• Coordinate development of promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Work closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and other internal teams.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, CMEs, events, and promotional activities.
• Assist with market research, competitor tracking, and MIS reports.
• Maintain marketing trackers, budgets, documents, and activity reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for timely execution of projects.
• Ensure marketing activities and materials follow company policies and approval processes.
