Job summary

The role involves coordinating proposals, presentations, SOQs, and marketing materials, plus maintaining marketing data. Night shift aligns with US/PST hours and requires 1+ years of experience. Ideal candidates hold an associate or bachelor degree and have strong MS Office skills; experience

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business, marketing, promotional sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience creating SOQs, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and production of proposals, presentations, SOQs, and other marketing materials
• Assist with writing, editing, formatting, layouts, graphics, resumes, and schedules
• Organize and maintain marketing images, photos, graphics, and related data
• Ensure proposal and marketing documents are accurate, complete, and delivered within deadlines
• Maintain required forms and supporting documents for qualifications, proposals, contracts, and marketing activities
• Collect and organize customer feedback for management review
• Maintain sales and marketing performance records and assist with analyzing marketing initiatives
• Develop and distribute sales, training, and marketing materials
• Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Marketing team

Shift: Night Shift – aligned with US/PST hours

Salary: No fixed salary range – competitive compensation based on experience and skills; no salary constraint for the right candidate.

• Knowledge or experience working within the engineering industry
