Job summary

Mohr Management India Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of Mohr Partners, seeks a Marketing Specialist to craft written and visual materials that communicate portfolio services, BI and PM capabilities to corporate clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of content creation, proposals or corporate communications
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading in English
• Proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, Word; working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
• Writing and design samples showing client-facing work; RFP experience preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally with subject matter experts and teams
• Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work
• Self-directed with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with commercial real estate is a plus

Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote - India

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Mohr Management India Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of Mohr Partners (www.mohrpartners.com), a global corporate real estate services firm, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support its Portfolio Services, Business Intelligence and Project Management service lines. The role produces the written and visual materials that communicate those capabilities to corporate clients and prospects, working with service-line leaders and the broader Marketing team.

The work centers on responses to procurement requests, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), along with presentations and marketing collateral produced to Mohr Partners brand standards. Candidates should have experience creating client-facing content in a corporate environment.

We are looking for a proactive communicator with strong writing and design skills who can independently manage multiple projects. Day-to-day direction comes from the Director of Marketing, with subject-matter guidance from service-line leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with subject matter experts across Transaction Management, Research, Business Intelligence and Project Management to gather input and verify accuracy

• Design presentations, collateral and client-facing documents, including account manuals, in InDesign and PowerPoint
• Build supporting visuals such as charts, infographics and tables, keeping all output consistent with brand standards
• Write and edit case studies, blog articles and other marketing content, proofreading for accuracy and clarity
• Maintain templates, standard responses and marketing assets for these service lines
• Manage competing deadlines across projects and deliver on schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, proposal writing or corporate communications
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
• Writing and design samples showing client-facing work; proposal or RFP experience preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally with subject matter experts and other teams
• Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with commercial real estate is a plus

Physical Requirements

General office-based role with extended computer use up to 8 hours per day. Regularly required to talk, hear and use hands for typing and communication. Visual abilities required for reading printed materials and computer displays.
