Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns. This individual will collaborate closely with the marketing team implement initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to the achievement of our business objectives.

In this role, you will be the guardian of the brand's online presence, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all our websites, social media channels, and other online platforms. Key responsibilities include performing regular website audits, managing blog building, proofreading, and scheduling social media posts across various platforms. This role demands meticulous attention to every detail and the ability to maintain quality without compromising efficiency and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to established guidelines.
• Manage social media platforms and online presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and messaging.
• Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content formatting, and performance tracking using marketing automation platforms.
• Conduct regular audits of the brand(s), identifying issues or areas for improvement, and ensuring timely bug fixes.
• Proofread blog content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.
• Build blogs for the website(s) and manage updates to the digital websites of the brand.
