CDM Smith, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an Intermediate Marketing & Proposal Specialist to contribute to our Middle East marketing efforts, writing, editing, and proofreading proposals, presentations, reports, and qualifications materials.

You will support senior writers, maintain marketing databases, ensure on-time delivery, and collaborate with teams to produce high-quality materials with clarity and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, BSc, MSc, BA, or MBA.
• 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing, writing, editing, and proofreading copy for Middle East proposals, presentations, reports, statements of qualifications and related marketing materials of a routine nature.
• Emphasizing clear communication, on-time delivery, quality work, accountability, stakeholder engagement, building trust, and integrity.
• Supporting more senior writers on projects, ensuring an environment prioritizing transparency, trust, authenticity, and mutual respect.
• Researching, writing, and updating information for internal database sources, including project descriptions, resumes, and other qualification materials.
• Ensuring marketing and visual presentation information and files are maintained and up to date.
• Responding promptly to requests for marketing materials and information.
• Maintaining reliable, accurate, and high‑quality databases for use in marketing and promotional activities.
• Performing other duties as required.

Qualifications
