Job summary

Kairos Consultants is seeking a creative Copywriter to develop high-performing communications for existing customers. You will translate customer insights and briefs into sharp, engaging copy that drives action across WhatsApp, SMS and other CRM channels.

You will craft concise, persuasive messages, hooks, and CTAs, while adapting tone across brands and customer segments. Experience with Hinglish and performance-led copy is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, English, or related field.
• 1-2 years of copywriting/content experience.
• Excellent command of written English.
• Strong short-form and conversational writing ability.
• Ability to write catchy hooks without becoming gimmicky.
• Ability to adapt tone across brands and customer segments.
