Job summary

Moneyview is seeking a Senior Content Writer to join our Communications team and drive end-to-end lifecycle communications for Lending/Cross-Sell products. You will partner with Product, Design, Research and other teams to craft and optimize customer campaigns that boost engagement and conversions.

Based in Bengaluru, this role involves developing calendars for products, creating content across WhatsApp, Push, SMS, Email and RCS, and running experiments to improve messaging performance while

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content, communications, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Working knowledge of automation platforms and user flows (e.g., Clevertap, MoEngage).
• Analytical skills and comfort with campaign performance data.
• Collaborative mindset and drive for growth.
• Fintech experience is a plus but not mandatory.
