Innodata Inc. seeks a Marketing Communications Specialist – Talent & Engagement to own and execute communications that strengthen talent attraction and engagement across recruitment programs, campus hiring, and talent communities.

You will translate business needs into audience-specific messaging across digital, social, campus and event channels. Your role includes developing campaign content for niche talent segments, supporting campus partnerships and leading thought-leadership communications

Responsibilities

  • Own recruitment and talent communications across job postings, hiring campaigns, talent pools and recruitment initiatives.
  • Create campaign messaging for niche and high-volume talent segments and develop emailers, social posts, digital creatives, landing-page content and collateral.
  • Manage communications for campus hiring, university partnerships, career fairs and student engagement programs with consistent employer branding.
  • Oversee communications for talent forums, leadership seminars, industry conferences, webinars and roundtables; develop invitations, speaker profiles, agendas and post-event content.
  • Build talent engagement journeys to attract, activate, engage and retain communities; create newsletters and reactivation campaigns.
  • Transform complex talent and business initiatives into simple, compelling stories; develop case studies, thought leadership articles and campaignNarratives; maintain brand voice across channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events and digital collateral; track performance and optimize messaging based on engagement data.

Marketing Communications Specialist – Talent & Engagement
Role Purpose

Own and execute marketing communications that strengthen talent attraction, engagement and awareness across recruitment programs, campus hiring, talent communities, professional forums, conferences and other talent-focused initiatives. The role will translate business and talent requirements into compelling, audience-specific communication across digital, social, campus and event channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Communications
  • Develop compelling communication for job postings, hiring campaigns, talent pools and recruitment initiatives.
  • Create campaign messaging for niche and high-volume talent segments.
  • Develop emailers, social posts, digital creatives, landing-page content and recruitment collateral.
  • Ensure consistent employer and talent proposition across all recruitment touchpoints.
  • Create communication for campus hiring, university partnerships, career fairs and student engagement programs.
  • Develop presentations, brochures, posters, social content and event communication targeted at students and young professionals.
  • Build campaigns that position the organization as an attractive destination for emerging talent.
3. Forums, Seminars & Conferences
  • Own communication for talent forums, leadership seminars, industry conferences, webinars and roundtables.
  • Develop event themes, invitations, speaker profiles, agendas, promotional content and post-event communication.
  • Support thought-leadership communication around recruitment, talent, AI, gig workforce, workforce transformation and related services.
4. Talent Engagement & Community Building
  • Create communication journeys to attract, activate, engage and retain talent communities.
  • Develop newsletters, engagement campaigns, announcements and reactivation campaigns.
  • Partner with recruitment and talent teams to improve response and participation rates.
5. Content & Storytelling
  • Convert complex talent and business initiatives into simple, compelling stories and communication.
  • Develop case studies, success stories, employee/talent stories, thought-leadership articles and campaign narratives.
  • Maintain a consistent tone, messaging architecture and brand identity across channels.
6. Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute integrated communication campaigns across:
  • LinkedIn and social media
  • Email and messaging platforms
  • Events and conferences
  • Digital and physical collateral
  • Track campaign performance and continuously improve messaging based on engagement data.
