Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communication professional to lead and execute integrated marketing communication strategies that enhance brand identity and public image. This role encompasses both online and offline media, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans across traditional and digital platforms.
• Craft compelling brand messaging and content for brochures, flyers, print ads, and corporate materials.
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as:
• Events, exhibitions, roadshows, and press conferences
• Print media coordination – newspapers, magazines, journals
• Liaise with creative agencies, PR firms, vendors, and internal stakeholders for campaign execution.
• Handle internal communication strategies and design corporate presentations.
• Work in collaboration with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment on brand campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and report performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in marketing communications across media channels.
• Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and media planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and content aesthetics.
• Experience with event planning, vendor coordination, and budget management.

Preferred Skills
