Job summary

Jindal Steel Limited seeks a senior marketing and communications leader to craft and execute an integrated strategy across online and offline channels, aligned with regional priorities. The role oversees brand, content, digital, PR, events and demand generation while managing budgets and vendor partnerships.

You will build calendars, drive storytelling, optimize campaigns and measure performance to improve inquiries and enrollments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing & communications strategy (online + offline) aligned with organizational goals and regional priorities
  • Define target audiences (students, parents, Industries, Training Partners, government) and tailor messaging accordingly
  • Build an annual MarCom calendar (campaigns, events, content, PR) in coordination with program leads
  • Own brand guidelines, ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Oversee development of marketing collateral brochures, flyers, presentations, reports, case studies, newsletters, sales kits
  • Lead storytelling: write and edit copy (press releases, blogs, website content, emailers)
  • Supervise design & multimedia vendors (graphic designers, video editors) to deliver high-quality creative assets
  • Ensure each communication piece carries a clear call-to-action and aligns with funnel stage
  • Oversee website content strategy, updates, and SEO optimization
  • Plan and manage social media strategy, content calendars, community engagement
  • Run paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and optimize them for performance
  • Coordinate email marketing, drip campaigns, lead nurturing flows
  • Support in tandem with Training Partners to build lead funnels
  • Plan and execute campaigns (digital + offline) to drive inquiries and enrollments
  • Nurture prospects via content, engagement, webinars, etc.
  • Measure and improve conversion metrics at every stage
  • Build relationships with media, industry bodies, government, NGOs, community stakeholders
  • Lead media outreach, press releases, guest articles, interviews
  • Plan and execute events — workshops, open houses, webinars, roadshows
  • Seek speaking opportunities, partnerships, collaborations that elevate brand visibility
  • Support internal messaging: newsletters, staff updates, intranet content, training communications
  • Collaborate with HR to boost employer branding, staff recruitment campaigns, culture stories
  • Define key KPIs (brand awareness, lead volume, conversion rates, engagement metrics) and track/report performance
  • Use insights to optimize, and strategic changes in campaigns
  • Create and manage MarCom budgets; ensure cost control
  • Select, manage, and evaluate external agencies, vendors, and partners
  • Prepare periodic MIS, dashboards, performance reports, trend analyses
  • Implement systems to monitor performance, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure documentation of campaign learnings, best practices, and process improvements
