Job summary

S.t.cottex Exports is seeking a sales coordination professional in India with strong English and Hindi language skills. The role focuses on maintaining buyer connectivity, generating and securing orders, and regular follow-up for new orders and confirmations.

You will coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Marketing, and Accounts, and prepare daily to monthly Sales MIS reports. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently, with textile yarn/fabric

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Good buyer/customer connectivity with ability to generate and secure orders.
• Regular follow-up with buyers for new orders and order confirmations.
• Handle quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices & customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Marketing & Accounts teams.
• Maintain Sales MIS and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/Tally & email communication.
• Textile/Yarn/Fabric industry experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
