Job summary

PVR INOX is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and implement automated campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Push channels using SFMC. You will build customer journeys, optimize SQL-driven segmentation, and drive demand generation for the Email channel.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Clever Tap, and Net Core. You will prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and ensure mobile-friendly, on-brand email templates.

Qualifications

• Experience in data-driven marketing and SQL for segmentation, extraction and reporting.
• Experience in managing Email Marketing automation and demand generation for the Email channel.
• Adept with automated marketing tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Clever Tap and Net Core.
• Ability to prepare and monitor weekly/monthly digital marketing reports.
• Basic data query knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing automation solutions including email campaigns and customer journeys.
• Customize and configure Marketing Cloud components like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for segmentation and reporting.
• Execute targeted email campaigns using SFMC and monitor performance.
• Manage SMS, WhatsApp and Push notification campaigns via SFMC.
• Prepare and review digital marketing reports weekly and monthly.
• Ensure emails are mobile-friendly and visually optimized.
• Proofread key messaging in templates and emails.
• Support other digital marketing initiatives and SEO/SEM efforts.

• Develop and implement marketing automation solutions- Includes building email campaigns, creating customer journeys, and automating marketing workflows.
• Customizing and configuring various Marketing Cloud components like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Data Management and SQL Queries - Developing and optimizing SQL queries for segmentation, data extraction, and reporting.
• Experience in managing Email Marketing automation and demand generation of overall Email channel is a must
• The ideal candidate should be adept with automated marketing tools like Salesforce, Clever Tap, & Net core
• Responsible for executing targeted email campaigns using marketing tool (SFMC)
• SMS campaigns using marketing tool (SFMC)
• Responsible for executing targeted WhatsApp campaigns using marketing tool (SFMC)
• Responsible for executing targeted Push Notification campaigns using marketing tool (SFMC)
• Prepare & monitor digital marketing reports on weekly & monthly basis.
• Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
• Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates
• Basic level of knowledge in data query will be required.
• Aiding additional digital marketing efforts.
• Experience and knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, SFMC Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio would be preferred
