Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mass communication, journalism, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or communications in B2B brands.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong sense of design and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, videos, reels, and event updates.
• Attend and cover conferences, webinars, and industry events with live posts, photos, and short videos.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, speakers, and internal stakeholders to develop content.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms.
• Monitor conversations and engage with audiences.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Support brand-building, thought leadership, and event marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on trends and emerging formats.
• Experience covering corporate events, conferences, or industry forums.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate on contract basis to manage our social media presence end-to-end. This role requires a strong storyteller who can create compelling content, cover events, engage audiences, and help build the company's brand across digital platforms.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage social media channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, videos, reels, and event updates. Should have a sense of design and storytelling.
• Attend and cover conferences, webinars, and industry events through live posts, photographs, and short videos.

• Familiarity with analytics of social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.

• Excellent writing, editing, and design.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Experience with Canva and basic photo/video editing tools.

Required Experience:

1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, media, or communications especially in B2B brands, more oriented towards content marketing rather than product marketing.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.
