Role & responsibilities The role requires complete social media management of the brand and its online presence. Create content, schedule posts, talk to followers, and track performance data across platforms like Instagram, utube, facebook, pinterest,LinkedIn, and X to build brand awareness and grow the audience. • Content Creation: Write catchy captions and make images, videos, or reels that match the brand style.
• Scheduling: Plan and organize a content calendar so posts go live at the best times.
• Community Management: Reply to comments, answer direct messages, and chat with followers to keep them happy and engaged.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track likes, shares, clicks, and follower growth to see what works and report it to the team.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep an eye on new viral trends, sounds, and platform updates to use them for the brand. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: maximum 0-1 years in digital marketing or a social media agency role.
• Education: Diploma or certificate course in social media
• Hard Skills: Copywriting, basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop), and familiarity with analytics suites.
• Soft Skills: Disciplined with clear thinking and communication
