Superset is seeking a Marketing Associate to help bring our B2B marketing plans to life in Bengaluru. You’ll work with the marketing team on industry events, email campaigns and content that explains our platform to customers and partners.

The role is hands-on and varied, from coordinating events to drafting campaigns and turning product updates into useful stories for our audience. It’s a great fit for fresh grads eager to learn and take responsibility for getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Superset's presence at industry events, including on-ground coordination.
• Support email campaigns for prospects and customers, from planning and execution to tracking results.
• Create content that puts Superset's work in the spotlight, from customer success stories and product launches to newsletters and industry perspectives.
• Gather inputs from customers and internal teams to turn their insights into clear, useful stories.
• Coordinate with sales, product, customer support and other teams to bring marketing initiatives together.
• Track the performance of campaigns and content, and use what you learn to improve the next one.
• Keep projects organised and moving, from the first brief through to execution and follow-up.

You don't need previous B2B marketing experience. If you've worked on college events, internships, student communities, campaigns or content projects, we'd be interested in hearing about them.

Good to have

• Experience coordinating an event or managing a project with multiple people involved.
• The ability to write clearly for a professional audience.
• Comfort using tools such as Google Sheets, Canva or an email marketing platform.
