Job summary

KLAY Preschool and Daycare is seeking a Regional Marketing resource to drive hyperlocal marketing and lead generation for its programs. The role involves coordinating with regional teams to identify market pockets requiring on-ground support and to install outdoor media with vendors.

You will execute BTL activities at societies, malls, and exhibitions, and build partnerships with brands for sponsorships. Additionally, you will organize KLAY centre events, forge ties with K12 schools for

• Experience in regional field/BTL marketing and lead generation.
• Ability to coordinate with regional teams, vendors and centres.

Responsibilities

• Identify market pockets requiring on-ground marketing support with regional team.
• Install outdoor media properties (pole boards, banners, direction boards) with vendors.
• Execute BTL activities at apartment societies, retail outlets, malls and exhibitions.
• Build alliances with other brands for partnerships and sponsorships.
• Organise marketing events at KLAY centres and with parents/decision makers.
• Forge alliances with K12 schools for admission demand generation.
• Support visual branding installation at KLAY centres.
• Source local vendors for printing and installation of marketing materials.
• Address inquiries from activities and pass qualified leads to admission counsellors.

Role Summary-Regional Marketing resource who will take care of hyperlocal marketing and lead generating activities to drive demand for the different KLAY programs

• Identifying pockets of market which require additional on-ground marketing support along with the regional team
• Implementing installation of outdoor media properties like pole boards, banners, direction boards, society & mall branding along with concerned vendors
• Executing BTL promotional activities at apartment societies, retail outlets, malls like exhibition stalls, kiosks and other demand generation activities
• Building alliances with other brands who work with similar parent audience for brand partnership promotions and sponsorships
• Conducting marketing events at KLAY centres, apartment societies targeted at parents and other decision makers
• Forging alliances with K12 schools for afterschool admission demand generation
• Supporting in installation of exterior and interior visual branding of KLAY centres
• Identifying and working with local vendors for printing and installation of all the marketing visual merchandise elements
• Addressing demand and parent enquiries that get generated out of the above activities, qualifying the lead as valid and passing it on to relevant admission counsellors within KLAY
