Job summary

VAYUZ Technologies in India is seeking a detail-oriented Research and Lead Generation Specialist to build target-account databases and identify high-potential opportunities. You will verify data across multiple sources and maintain clean records in HubSpot and spreadsheets for effective outreach.

You will identify senior decision-makers, research company details, and enrich records with accurate contact information to drive sales initiatives and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn for researching companies, industries, and senior-level POCs.
• Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills for creating, organizing, cleaning, filtering, and managing databases.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation and contact research platforms (Apollo, Lusha, Lemlist, Pipl).
• Ability to learn new platforms and data sources for finding relevant company and contact information.
• Strong research, analytical, data-verification, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to work with large volumes of information.

Responsibilities

• Research NSE-listed companies, newly funded companies, startups, and AI companies to build relevant target-account databases.
• Identify and research relevant POCs and senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, VP-level Technology leaders, Heads of HR, and Global Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Research POC and company details using LinkedIn, company websites, search engines, funding platforms, and other relevant sources.
• Fetch, organize, and enrich relevant company and contact data, including designation, LinkedIn profile, industry, employee size, location, funding, and other business information.
• Verify and cross-check data from multiple sources to ensure databases are accurate, relevant, complete, and up to date.
• Create, maintain, and manage verified databases in Excel/Google Sheets and HubSpot CRM.
• Update HubSpot with relevant companies, contacts, leads, and account information, while maintaining proper data organization and segmentation.
• Identify and remove duplicate, outdated, incomplete, or irrelevant records and continuously enrich existing databases.
• Track relevant business information such as funding, hiring activity, leadership changes, acquisitions, expansion, and technology initiatives to identify potential opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Business Development teams to understand requirements and provide clean, accurate, and actionable databases for business development and outreach

• Strong research, analytical, data-verification, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to work with large volumes of information.
