Job summary

Vertoz in Gurgaon is seeking Marketing Interns to support our marketing and sales teams across research, prospecting, outreach, campaign execution and data management. You will help build targeted outreach lists, verify decision makers, and assist with email and LinkedIn campaigns while maintaining clean data across tools.

The role offers exposure to B2B marketing, digital advertising ecosystems, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Candidate should demonstrate strong research and data gathering abilities.
• Experience with prospecting, outreach, and campaign setup is a plus.
• Good English written and spoken communication.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and CRM tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research companies, industries, and prospective accounts for outreach lists.

What you will do:

• Research companies, industries, and prospective accounts to help build targeted outreach lists.
• Identify and verify relevant decision makers using LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, and other research platforms.
• Support email and LinkedIn outreach, including campaign setup, prospecting, follow-ups, and maintaining outreach lists.
• Assist with event-related marketing, including identifying relevant prospects, pre-event outreach, RSVPtracking, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Conduct competitor, market, and content research to support ongoing campaigns and business initiatives.
• Maintain clean and accurate data across spreadsheets, CRM systems, and prospect databases.
• Help with data enrichment, list building, segmentation, and validation.
• Coordinate with external vendors where required for marketing and outreach activities.
• Support reporting and tracking of campaign and outreach performance.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams on other research, campaign, and execution-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong internet research skills and the ability to find information independently.
• Good attention to detail, especially while working with large lists and datasets.
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and outreach tools.
• Ability to understand instructions, take ownership of tasks, and execute them reliably.
• Curiosity about B2B marketing, sales, technology, or the digital advertising ecosystem.
