Job summary

IKEA Bengaluru seeks a curious, digitally savvy professional to support strategic Commercial and Market Operations projects. You will turn complex information into clear content and drive business communication using PowerPoint, SharePoint, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

You will build and organize a SharePoint knowledge library, create pages, and develop high-quality presentations that follow IKEA brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to simplify complex information.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Gamma or Canva AI.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and organization of a SharePoint knowledge library, structuring information into an intuitive format.
• Create and maintain SharePoint pages, content, and navigation with consistent knowledge-sharing standards.

We are looking for a curious, digitally savvy and structured individual to support strategic projects related to Commercial and Market Operations. You enjoy turning complex or unstructured information into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand content, and are passionate about business communication, digital tools and AI-enabled productivity.

You bring:

• Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create professional, visually engaging presentations in line with IKEA brand guidelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to structure, simplify and communicate complex information effectively.
• Strong digital literacy and an interest in learning and using SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Gamma or Canva AI.
• A structured and analytical approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality outputs.
• The ability to use AI tools for research, information structuring, content creation and solving practical business tasks, while critically reviewing and validating the results.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently and learn new tools through experimentation.
• A good visual sense, problem-solving skills and the ability to turn unclear requirements into structured solutions.
• An interest in business, marketing, communication, knowledge management or digital technologies.

Your responsibilities

• Support the development and organization of a SharePoint knowledge library, structuring existing information into an intuitive, user-friendly format.
• Create and maintain SharePoint pages, content and navigation, and help establish consistent standards for knowledge sharing and documentation.
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations in line with IKEA brand guidelines, translating complex information into clear, engaging and visually appealing business stories.
• Improve and format existing presentations and support presentations for business meetings, workshops and project communication.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, information structuring and presentation development.
• Explore AI-supported approaches to solve practical business tasks, identify opportunities to simplify repetitive work and improve productivity.
• Critically review and validate AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, relevance and quality.
• Conduct research, consolidate information from different sources and organize unstructured information into clear and structured formats.
• Support project documentation and knowledge sharing across strategic Commercial and Market Operations projects.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes while collaborating closely with the project owner and relevant stakeholders.
