Job summary

Bounteous in India is seeking a Salesforce QA professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our digital experience team. You will review system specs, collaborate with QA engineers, and execute test cases (manual or automated) to ensure software quality.

You will work with cross-functional teams to test Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds, verify objects, SOQL queries, and automate testing workflows. The role requires Agile/Scrum experience and strong QA methodologies; growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Good understanding on Salesforce platform (Sales & Service Clouds).
• Understanding on Salesforce objects.
• Backend knowledge on Salesforce object manager, metadata, dev console.
• Salesforce database SOQL knowledge.
• API testing with Postman or Workbench.
• Basic understanding on Salesforce workflows, Flows & Process builders.
• Time based flows and SF Automation Processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid experience with Salesforce QA or relevant technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
