The Manager of HRTransformation & Innovation leads a team focused on designing anddelivering digital HR products, intelligent workflows, and innovationsolutions that reduce administrative work and improve the way HR services aredelivered. Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Transformation &Analytics, with dotted-line alignment to the AVP of HR Transformation, thisrole partners across HR, HRG business teams, technology, operations,analytics, and delivery partners to translate transformation priorities intoscalable products and practical workflow improvements.
This role isaccountable for value creation, not simply project execution. The managerhelps identify high-friction HR processes, define future-state experiences,shape product and automation roadmaps, and guide implementation of AI-enabledtools and digital capabilities that improve speed, quality, consistency, andemployee experience. Success requires strong transformation leadership,product orientation, process design discipline, stakeholder management, andthe ability to turn ambiguous business needs into measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead thedesign and delivery of HR digital products, workflow solutions, andinnovation capabilities that simplify HR work and improve user experience.
- Partnerwith HR Transformation leadership to translate strategic priorities intoproduct roadmaps, use cases, delivery plans, success measures, and adoptionplans.
- Guideteams through product discovery, requirements shaping, solution design,implementation support, testing, launch readiness, and post-launchimprovement.
- Ensuredigital products are built around clear business problems, defined users,measurable outcomes, and sustainable operating models.
IntelligentWorkflow & Process Transformation
- AssessHR processes to identify administrative burden, manual handoffs, rework,cycle-time delays, control gaps, and opportunities for standardization orautomation.
- Designfuture-state workflows that combine people, process, technology, automation,analytics, and AI tools in a practical and governed way.
- Partnerwith business analysts, product analysts, process engineers, softwaredevelopers, data teams, and operations leaders to convert workflow designsinto implementable solutions.
- Establish reusable design patterns, intake methods, process maps,decision flows, and documentation standards for transformation initiatives.
AITools, Automation & Productivity Improvement
- Identifyopportunities to use AI tools, automation, digital assistants, workfloworchestration, and self-service capabilities to reduce administrative workand improve service delivery.
- EnsureAI-enabled and automated solutions are human-reviewed, explainable, secure,and aligned to HR data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI expectations.
- Partnerwith technology and analytics teams to evaluate, pilot, implement, and scaleAI-enabled products that improve HR productivity and decision support.
- Measureproductivity gains, time saved, quality improvements, adoption, and usersatisfaction associated with digital and AI-enabled solutions.
StakeholderPartnership & Change Enablement
- Partnerwith HRG business teams, HR centers of excellence, HR operations, technology,analytics, and delivery teams to clarify needs, align priorities, and managedependencies.
- Communicate transformation goals, product value, risks, tradeoffs, anddecisions clearly to operational leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Supportchange readiness through stakeholder engagement, communication input,training support, adoption tracking, and feedback loops.
- Buildtrust with partners by balancing innovation with operational feasibility,governance, user experience, and measurable business value.
TeamLeadership, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Manage,coach, and develop HR Transformation & Innovation Partners or relatedcontributors responsible for discovery, process design, product coordination,documentation, and implementation support.
- Setexpectations for quality, documentation, stakeholder management, deliverydiscipline, and value realization across assigned transformation work.
- Maintainportfolio visibility across initiatives, including status, dependencies,risks, issues, outcomes, and benefits realization.
- Promotea culture of innovation, simplification, responsible experimentation,customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems,Analytics, Operations, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, ora related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Typically 8+ years of experience in HR transformation, digital productdelivery, HR operations, HR technology, process improvement, businessanalysis, product management, or a related environment.
- Experience leading teams or matrixed contributors through complextransformation, workflow redesign, automation, or digital enablementinitiatives.
- Experience partnering with HR, technology, operations, analytics, andbusiness stakeholders to define requirements, implement solutions, andmeasure adoption or value realization.
- Experience using AI tools, automation, digital workflow tools, oranalytics-enabled products to improve productivity, service delivery, or userexperience.
Must Have Skills
- StrongHR transformation and product delivery mindset, with the ability to connectbusiness problems to digital products, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
- Strongprocess design skills, including current-state assessment, future-stateworkflow design, business rules, handoffs, controls, and exception paths.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce administrative work throughsimplification, automation, self-service, AI-enabled tools, workflowredesign, or digital product adoption.
- Strongstakeholder management skills with the ability to align HR, business,technology, analytics, and operations partners in a matrixed environment.

- Workingknowledge of HR systems, workflow tools, analytics products, AI tools, anddigital enablement approaches sufficient to guide product and processdecisions.

- Experience implementing or supporting ERP, HRIS, or enterpriseworkflow products such as Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft,ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
