Position Summary:
TheConsulting Product Analyst provides advanced, cross-functional advisoryleadership for HR Transformation & Analytics. This role is used forcomplex, ambiguous, or enterprise-impacting work that requires deepfunctional expertise, strong stakeholder influence, standards-setting, andthe ability to connect business outcomes, data, technology, process, product,and AI-readiness considerations across multiple teams or portfolios.
Responsibilities:
Consulting-Level Advisory & Cross-FunctionalLeadership
- Serve as a trustedadvisor on complex HR Transformation & Analytics initiatives that spanmultiple stakeholders, systems, functions, or business outcomes.
- Shape solutiondirection, operating approach, delivery standards, analytical methods,technical patterns, or governance practices for assigned areas of expertise.
- Lead complexdiscovery, problem framing, impact analysis, stakeholder alignment, andrecommendation development where ownership or solution paths are not yetclear.
- Influence leadersand cross-functional partners through structured analysis, executive-readycommunication, trade-off framing, and practical implementationrecommendations.
- Establish reusablepractices, playbooks, quality standards, templates, and decision frameworksthat improve consistency and maturity across the HR Transformation &Analytics organization.
Product Usage & Adoption Analytics
- Track productadoption, active usage, feature utilization, completion rates, drop-offs,engagement patterns, and user segments.
- Analyze userjourneys, friction points, workflow bottlenecks, and behavior patterns acrossHR digital products and analytics experiences.
- Develop productperformance summaries that help teams understand what is working, what isnot, and what should be improved.
Measurement, Experimentation & Value Tracking
- Support productKPI definitions, success measures, baselines, adoption targets, andpost-release performance tracking.
- Analyze pilots,releases, experiments, enhancements, and process changes to determine impactand value delivered.
- Partner withproduct owners and analysts to translate findings into roadmaprecommendations and prioritization inputs.
- Define analyticsrequirements for product dashboards, event tracking, data capture, andreporting views.
- Validate productdata, document definitions, and identify gaps in telemetry, source systems,or user feedback.
- Communicateinsights to product, transformation, operations, change, and leadershipstakeholders in a clear and action-oriented manner.
AI-Augmented Product Analytics
- Use approved AItools to support feedback clustering, insight drafting, product questionframing, experiment summaries, and user behavior hypotheses.
- ValidateAI-assisted findings against product data, user feedback, and businesscontext before making recommendations.
- Identifyopportunities to embed AI-assisted insight, self-service analytics, orintelligent product experiences into HR products.
AI Preparedness Expectations:
- Shapes responsibleAI adoption patterns for assigned domains, including appropriate use cases,controls, human review expectations, validation approaches, and stakeholderreadiness.
- Advises leadersand cross-functional partners on how AI can improve productivity, insightgeneration, engineering, analytics delivery, process maturity, productoutcomes, and workforce readiness.
- Establishes orcontributes to reusable AI guidance, prompt patterns, quality checks,governance artifacts, and adoption practices that reduce risk and improveconsistency.
- Builds advancedcapability in AI-enabled operating models, responsible AI governance,AI-assisted analytics and engineering, and future‑of‑work implications overthe next three years.
- Uses AI toaccelerate feedback synthesis, insight generation, journey analysis, andrecommendation drafting while validating against product evidence.
- UnderstandsAI-enabled product analytics, privacy limits, and the need for transparentmeasurement definitions.
- Builds capabilityin augmented product analytics, experimentation, behavioral analytics,AI-assisted user research, and intelligent HR product measurement over thenext three years.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degreein Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, DataAnalytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experiencemay be considered.
- Typically 5+ yearsof experience in a related environment.
- Experience leadingcomplex cross-functional initiatives, advisory engagements, enterpriseanalytics, technology delivery, transformation workstreams, or processimprovement efforts.
- Experienceinfluencing leaders, resolving ambiguity, framing decisions, and presentingrecommendations to senior managers, directors, or senior directors.
- Experienceestablishing standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, playbooks,or capability maturity improvements across teams or portfolios.
- Experience withproduct analytics, business analytics, reporting, user behavior analysis,process analytics, HR technology, or digital product support.
- Experienceanalyzing adoption, usage, workflow, operational, or customer/user experiencedata.
- Experiencecreating product performance reports, dashboards, summaries, orrecommendations for product or business stakeholders.
Must Have Skills
