Qualifications

• 4+ years in Training Operations, L&D Project Management, or Retail Enablement.
• Exceptional scheduling and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the master training calendar, manage capacity planning, and build training rosters for all store launches and refresher tracks.
• Partner with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure >80% of frontline hires are onboarded and pass through mandatory training assessments before going live on the floor.
• Maintain real-time dashboards on training completion rates, failure rates, and frontline attrition percentages.
• Source venues, coordinate AV/IT needs, setup training equipment, and manage offline bootcamp operations.
• Oversee physical dispatch of training manuals, SOP books, and hardware kits to regional hubs.
