Responsibilities

• Translate brand and product narrative into learning modules.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps and design curricula.
• Produce short-form video scripts, PPTs, visual cheat-sheets and gamified quizzes.
• Rewrite technical vehicle specifications into customer stories.
• Update content for Brand, Product, Tools and Systems.
• Create interactive training manuals for shop floor (flash cards, SOP books).

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for translating the brand and product narrative into fun learning modules
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and design target curriculum strategies
• Produce short-form video scripts, interactive PPTs, visual cheat-sheets, and gamified quiz modules
• Rewrite technical vehicle specifications into warm, benefit-driven customer stories
• Responsible for all content updation for Brand, Product and Tools and Systems
• Responsible to make interactive and fun physical training manuals that can be used on the shop floor- Ex, Flash cards, SOP books etc

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years in Instructional Design, Content Creation, or EdTech (proficiency in Articulate, Canva, and video tools)
