Job summary

DTSS in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Trainer / Training & Operations Manager with 10+ years in Facility Management, Soft Services, Housekeeping, Administration, and Training & Development to lead regional training.

You will design and deliver programs based on client needs, train housekeeping, F&B, and facility teams, monitor effectiveness, maintain records, and support audit readiness with a focus on SOPs, GMP, QMS, safety, and hygiene.

Preferred candidate profile

Currently handling Training & Operations for the Hyderabad/Telangana Region, with strong expertise in employee training, induction, refresher training, SOP training, housekeeping standards, GMP/QMS compliance, safety, hygiene, customer service, and operational excellence.
