Key Responsibilities

• Standardize housekeeping procedures and train staff on best practices, productivity improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with Operations, HR, and Client Teams to ensure alignment on manpower development goals.
• Maintain training MIS, attendance, feedback, and assessment records.
• Improve existing training material.
• Implement new standards of training.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: Any graduate degree. MBA would be a plus.
• Work Experience: Minimum 07 to 08 Years of training.
• Prior experience of training in a manpower or facility management company is highly preferred.
• Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 or 15 days would be considered favorably.
• Communication and Languages: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Understanding of training methodologies.
• Negotiation skills & ability to mobilize resources quickly.
