Genpact in Bengaluru is seeking a Leader - Testing & Quality Assurance to define test strategies, lead a QA team, and drive quality across scalable AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with product and engineering to shape testing requirements and ensure robust software delivery.

The role requires a strong QA background, leadership, and experience with automated testing, API testing, and SOA testing. Hybrid work and day shifts in India are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer engineering, CS or IT.
• Strong testing background with QA leadership experience.
• Experience with automated testing and test strategy development.
