Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Leader for Testing & Quality Assurance to drive testing strategy and quality standards. You will manage a team of testers, define requirements with cross-functional teams, and address defects across software products.

This role emphasizes implementing automated testing tools, staying current with QA best practices, and guiding QA excellence in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Masters in Software Engineering.
• Certifications in QA (CSQA, CSTE, ISTQB) are favorable.
